Not a big turnout in the special election this week. Both issues in Williams County passed by comfortable margins. Montpelier voters overwhelmingly approved a renewal of a 0.3 percent levy on income for improvements to the village’s sewage and storm drainage system. Voters also approved a 3.2-mill, five-year levy for Millcreek-West Unity Local Schools.
