One person is killed in a solo crash on Watson Road, at Ohio 15 in Highland Township. Witnesses told officers Deanna Miller, 43, of Defiance went off of the south side of the roadway into a ditch. Miller, who was not wearing a safety belt at the time, was ejected from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at an area hospital. The crash remains under investigation.
