An Edon man is hurt after a head-on crash between a pickup truck and a semi on U.S. 20 in Steuben County. Franklin Figgins of Edon tried to pass a vehicle. then left the south side of the highway…across the center line…head on into another vehicle. Figgins was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital in serious condition. The accident is under investigation.
