Burke Is Sentenced

Randy Burke, the former Napoleon High School coach and teacher is sentenced in Henry County on sexual imposition charges. He gets five years of community control and 180 days incarceration at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Last month, a jury found him guilty. The 2018 incident in question centered on him pulling on the inner lining of cross country shorts worn by a freshman girl while the team was getting ready to take team pictures. Burke was sentenced to 30 days jail on each of the misdemeanor charges. Those will run concurrent to the sentence given on the felony. In addition, he was ordered to pay a total fine of $4,500.
