A Lucas County man is detained by a Henry County Sheriff’s deputy. Adam Tebbe of Toledo was pulled over on County Road V, east of Ohio 109, near Liberty Center. Tebbe is charged with menacing and more. Tebbe was taken to CCNO. He appeared by video in Napoleon Municipal Court. Bond was set at $25,000.
