Police in Defiance want a suspected car thief after a shooting, involving the vehicle’s owner. The victim in the theft tells officers he saw someone driving his vehicle in the area of South Clinton and Down streets in Defiance, and therefore decided to follow the individual. The suspect starts firing at the man and gets away.
