John Smith, the Edon man accused of vehicular homicide, enters guilty pleas in a Williams County courtroom…in connection to a fatal crash last year. Sentencing is scheduled for the 29th. He is being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Prosecutors say Smith was operating a vehicle under the influence, when his pickup collided head-on with another vehicle on U.S. 20, near Ohio 49, in northwest Williams County. The driver of the other vehicle, David Williams and his passenger, Roberta Williams, both of Edgerton, were killed in the collision.
