A Garrett man is hurt in a car crash on State Road 427, in Dekalb County. Officials tell reporters Dale Hook was heading south when he loses control on the icy roadway. Hook traveled off the west side of the road and into a ditch, rolling his vehicle. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Hook’s arm was injured in the wreck. The car, a mid two thousands Saturn, is totaled.
