Theresa Taylor faces six felony charges of cruelty to animals in Fulton County. Taylor owns and operates an animal grooming service in Archbold. In September, she was arrested. Apparently, video evidence of Taylor striking and mistreating several animals in her care in August has surfaced. Taylor was originally charged with two counts of animal cruelty and held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on $10,000 bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear in Fulton County Court on Dec. 3.
