Robert Barker, a Defiance man, is arrested. Defiance County deputies picked Barker up at his Breckler Road address. He is accused of inappropriate contact with minors over several years. Barker faces sexual battery, and gross sexual imposition charges. Prosecutors say this all happened between 2016 through 2018. The victims were 15 years old. Barker is held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
