John, Finney Face The Court

Two Williams County residents are indicted by a grand jury in Defiance County. Brandon John, and Nicholas Finney, both of West Unity, face felony theft charges. Prosecutors say on Dec. 1 they both stole property valued at over $1,000 from a business on North Clinton Street in Defiance. John was additionally indicted on one count each of carrying a concealed weapon, and more. Finney also faces drug charges.
