Andrew Kendall appeared in court for the last time before his three-day trial begins. He faces a felony Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, or RICO Act charge on multiple meth-related charges. Kendall, of Bryan, pled not guilty to the charge shortly after his indictment earlier this year. He declined an offer of a mandatory minimum sentence, in exchange for a guilty plea to the current charge. Kendall’s trial is set to begin on Feb. 19 in a Williams County courtroom.
