Disabled Person Attacks Officer

A Bryan man with a developmental disability was briefly taken into custody after an assault on a Bryan police officer. Officers got a call to aid a caregiver with an unruly young adult on Glen Arbor Drive. Investigators say that person hit a Bryan patrolman several times with a closed fist and bit him twice. No serious injuries reported. The man was booked on three felony charges. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and had been released on bond.
