An Arrest Follows Near Crash

Indiana State troopers are on patrol in Angola, along Mill Street. Suddenly, another car heads towards the police cruiser, narrowly missing the officers in a head on collision. The police turns the car around and gives chase. Officials say Jeremy Combs and the passenger, Matthew Drew threw out bags of suspected methamphetamine and more in the pursuit. They then pull over. Both Combs and Drew were taken into custody and booked at the Steuben County Jail, on felony related drug charges. Drew was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for domestic battery. Both face the court, soon.
