Bryan Municipal Utilities announces it will resume utility disconnections for those who have not paid their bills, beginning on or after June 20. Since March, BMU has temporarily suspended the disconnections for non-payment and waived late penalties in response to COVID-19. The utility urges customers to pay what they can on their bills to help keep their balances lower and to seek assistance if they are experiencing a financial hardship. BMU will work with customers to assist with payment arrangements.
