Shot Fired In Domestic Case

Authorities in Paulding County charge a woman with felonious assault. Deputies are dispatched to an Ohio 111 address, in rural Paulding, on a domestic call. Investigators tell reporters the victim is Alisha Shepherd’s boyfriend. They add he was attacking Shepherd and her son when the shooting took place. Louis Wannemacher, was shot in the neck. He was taken to Paulding Hospital, where he was treated and released. Shepherd was arrested at the scene and booked. Wannemacher was arrested after his release from the hospital for two counts of domestic violence. The investigation into the case continues.
