Bust Lands In Dep’s Lap

Just hours after a theft call at a Liska Lane address in Defiance…an off duty deputy, mowing his lawn…looks up and sees a pickup truck, taken in the heist…cruising by his house. So, he gets in his car and follows. They say Dylon Stites was high on something…and didn’t realize he was being followed. This goes on…all at a very casual pace…until Stites cuts through a yard on Behrens Road…and drives into a ditch, east of Moser Road. The pickup flipped as Stites tried to get back onto the roadway. He then crawled out of a window, uninjured. Stites faces the court soon on a list of charges…the investigation continues.
