Two area men are hoping to increase the production of medical personal protection equipment and will be using a long-vacant Napoleon building in the effort. The Axis LED Group of Defiance will be moving into the former Walmart on Oakwood Avenue, empty for the last 18 years. Officials hope to be all set up in the next two months, or so.
