A Big Twist In The Dangerfield Case

Ryan Dangerfield, accused of a fatal stabbing in Bryan, pleads guilty to voluntary manslaughter. Dangerfield admitted to stabbing 23-year-old Bryan resident, Dylan Bible at the Colonial Manor Motel in town on June 23, 2019. Dangerfield was arrested in Michigan, two days later. He was initially set for a trial on a charge of murder. A jury was selected on Monday but the attorneys came to a plea agreement before the trial was set to start on Tuesday. The agreement was not well received by the family. Dangerfield now faces up to 16 years in prison…not life.
