A downtown Wauseon bar is cited for violating state health orders…coronavirus. Agents entered DB Downtown Billiards, on N. Fulton St. They say the place had so many people gathered…the agents had difficulty walking through the establishment. They also noticed the bar’s permit holder, selling alcoholic beverages and allowing them to be consumed after the state’s 10 p.m. cut-off point. Neither employees or patrons were wearing masks or attempting to social distance. Officials say this could lead to fines…or the liquor permit of establishment…being either suspended or revoked. The place remains open…while those agents continue their investigation.
