In Bryan…Colonial Manor Motel representatives agree to a continuance of a temporary restraining order against the business…while a new hearing date is set for early next year. In August, the city filed an injunction to temporarily shut down the motel, citing ongoing problems that had resulted in more than 200 police calls to the address, since 2016. We reported the current owner, “Bee” Patel, is in the middle of selling the property to Shree Hari Ohio Hospitalities LLC. Previous reports show a purchase agreement has been signed, with a closing date of Jan. 5, 2021.
