An Archbold teen is given five years community control with several conditions in a Williams County courtroom, on a pair of amended sexual abuse charges. Elias Rash will also serve 30 days in CCNO, beginning next month. Community service applies, in the case, as well. He also was classified as a tier 1 sexual offender, requiring registration of his address with the authorities for 15 years. Prosecutors say Rash engaged in sexual conduct with two girls, ages 15 and 14, by using force, or the threat of force.
