The former Colonial Manor Motel on East High Street has new owners and a new name…the Bryan Inn. The 51-room motel on E. High St. was the site of a fatal stabbing in June 2019. The place was also the target of ongoing complaints…as a well-known venue for crime, drugs and prostitution.
