WC Land Move

Williams County Commissioners approve an expedited annexation that adds about 160 acres into the Village of Pioneer, from adjoining Madison Township. The Pioneer North Industrial Park is east of Ohio 15, just south of Core Way Drive and north of Kexon Drive. The annexation consists of two parcels, owned by Kidston Consultants Ltd. and one owned by Evers Farms.
