Bomb Squad Called In

Officers are called in…along with the bomb squad while executing a search warrant at a Hanna St., address, in Ney. The resident, Joe Shiple is arrested on a bench warrant…for not appearing for a Nov court date…on a weapons charge. Then, the police discover two packages, and something that looks like a grenade. The materials in question are still being checked out, now. Officials add some drug related items were found at the location, too. Shiple’s case continues at this hour.
