Health officials confirm…Williams County has jumped up to the second highest case rate in the state, with 125 new patients reported among the county’s 36 thousand residents. That’s a rate of 340 people, per 100,000. The number comes from the April 6th to 19th timeframe. The county is now behind only Lucas County for case rate and remains at Level 2-Orange on the Ohio Public Health Advisory System.
