The pretrial hearing for Thomas Smith, the Toledo man accused of stabbing a Montpelier woman to death in February 2020…has been pushed back for the eighth time. Smith’s pretrial conference in Lucas County…is now rescheduled for June 1. In March 2020, Smith pled not guilty to murder and more. He is accused of stabbing Danialle Swan several times…as she entered a gas station in Toledo.
