A single issue, and no candidates, is on the county’s May 4 primary ballot. What is it?…a five-year, 3.8-mill additional levy for North Central Local Schools. If approved, it will raise $420,000 annually. The goal is to avoid an operating deficit. Only voters in North Central Schools’ five precincts….Pioneer village…Bridgewater and Madison townships…and parts of Jefferson and Millcreek townships…will vote on the levy in just two polling locations.
