Kirby Faces Charges

A Bowling Green man…wanted for injuring two people in a suspected road-rage incident in Napoleon…is arrested by Toledo police. Kyle Kirby, 38, had a warrant for his arrest in Henry County for attempted murder…and four counts of felonious assault. Kirby is accused of stabbing of Nicholas Winterfield, of Perrysburg, and injuring Debora Hall, of Springfield. Kirby has since plead not guilty in a Henry County courtroom. Bond was set at 100 thousand dollars. Judge, John Collier set bond at $100,000, which was posted. Investigators say Kirby followed the two victims into a parking lot…then attacked them with the knife in front of an area store.
