Deadly Fire In Van Wert

One person dies in a house fire in Van Wert, on West Crawford Street. When crews get to the scene…heavy fire and smoke is coming from the first story of the house. On their first search of the home, they find the victim…dead…in the living room. It takes around an hour and a half to get the fire under control in the windy conditions. The cause of the blaze has not yet been determined.
