A driver is arrested after leading police on a pursuit…northbound on I-69, in DeKalb County. Officials say the driver was suspected of having an expired driver’s license. When the deputy tried to pull the vehicle over near mile marker 329 in Auburn, the driver did not stop. Indiana State Police deployed stop sticks north of mile marker 334 in Waterloo, and deflated the vehicle’s front tires. The driver pulled over to the shoulder and stopped, but officials say he refused to exit the vehicle. Police deployed several bean bag rounds and the driver was removed from the car. The interstate was shut down in both directions for almost 20 minutes and then reopened. The driver has been identified as Terry Scott, Jr. of Fort Wayne. Scott is charged with resisting with a vehicle.
