In DeKalb County…a 15-year-old girl on a moped is hurt…after she makes a left turn into a passing vehicle, on C.R. 48. Officials tell reporters…Connie Collins, of Garrett, was eastbound…and tried to pass the girl on the moped. While the car was passing, the teen turned on her left turn signal…and began making a left turn into Collins’ car. The girl was thrown from the moped…she is scraped up and has a hurt ankle. The authorities continue to investigate.
