48 inmates…temporarily transferred out of a private prison near Youngstown to CCNO…have been returned, officials tell reporters Almost all were convicted felons, housed together in one cell block. The inmates were transferred from the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, near Youngstown, ahead of a contract expiring between the U.S. Marshals and private prison company, CoreCivic.
