A driver is cited…following a three vehicle injury crash on I-69, in Steuben County. First responders are called to the northbound lanes, in the area of the mile marker 346. First units on the scene find a semi, driven by 29 year old Nai Ye Koko of Troy, NY was northbound…following a van, driven by Nathan Hadfield of Coldwater. Officials say when northbound traffic began to slow…traffic…Koko’s big rig smashes into the rear of Hadfield’s van. It bursts into flames…as the burning van is then rammed into the back of an SUV, driven by John Neal of Wilmington. All three are hurt in under care at this hour. Koko is cited for speeding and following too close.
