He looks great. A Bryan man is recognized as one of the top weight loss successes of 2020 by an international weight loss organization. TOPS Club Inc., or Take Off Pounds Sensibly, has begun announcing its royalty, the women and men who, at the end of the year, have officially recorded the largest weight loss from their starting weight. Scott Boulis of Bryan was recognized as Ohio’s King, after shedding 70 pounds over the course of the year, and more than 100 pounds altogether. Scott attributes his weight loss success to the support he receives from his fellow TOPS members, along with portion control and regular exercise.
