The City of Bryan’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area program will continue into its second year with no major changes. That was the consensus after a meeting with city leaders and others. Concern over where the event takes place was brought up by some at the courthouse…who were a bit uncomfortable with drinking going on within eyesight of the legal building. City officials have said there is nothing to worry about. Since DORA began, they say there hasn’t been any problems. Officials all agree. DORA hours will stay the same, in Bryan.
