Parts of Bryan Municipal Utilities’ budget performed better than expected in 2021, but with the market still in flux, BMU is keeping its financial expectations for 2022 modest. BMU Director of Utilities, Nathan Gardner and BMU department heads presented their proposed annual budget to the Bryan Board of Public Affairs, during the board’s regular meeting, this week.
