A Wisconsin truck driver loses control of his semi and crashes on U.S. 30 in Van Wert County. The accident closes down the roadway for about eight hours. Officials say…the semi driver drifted off the left side of the road, into the median. He then re-entered the highway, hitting a guardrail. The vehicle stops at the Lincoln Highway overpass, following impact into one of the span’s supports. The driver was taken to a hospital in Van Wert for treatment. State and local investigators continue their post-crash work at this hour. No citations have been made.
