But the numbers of both Ohioans and Williams County residents who are vaccinated also trail national numbers, with just 43% of Williams County residents with all their shots…14% less than the percentage of Ohioans and 21% less than the total percentage of Americans. Data from the New York Times shows 57% of Ohioans are fully vaccinated, compared to 64% across the country. Ohio leads the nation in COVID cases per capita, at 1,582.
