Grant Is Indicted

An Antwerp woman…charged with killing her husband last month…is indicted by a Paulding County grand jury on five charges. Heidi Grant faces aggravated murder charges and more in the case. We reported Grant is accused of shooting…and killing…her husband, Christopher Franklin. His body was found by Antwerp police on Jan. 22nd…not long after he had been the subject of a missing person’s report. Prosecutors say Grant tried to alter evidence to hinder the investigation. Bond is set at $10 million dollars with a 10% allowance provision. Murder carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years to life, upon conviction.
