In DeKalb County…a 52-year-old man crashes a Postal Service truck, early Tuesday. Official say…Hwa Kim of Fort Wayne was driving a west on C.R. 40…when the truck went off the side of the road…down into a ditch…hitting a utility pole, totaling the truck. Investigators did not specify what caused the accident. Kim was taken to a hospital for treatment. The case continues.
