The Pioneer Village Council approves AquaBounty to set up temporary construction housing at the Pioneer North Industrial Park. The housing will be for the estimated 400 out-of-area contractors needed for the construction of the indoor salmon farm. While it would be temporary, it would be needed for three years of construction.
