Officials are investigating a two-vehicle crash on County Road 10 at County Road E in York Township. They say an SUV was southbound on County Road 10 with 21 year old Baylor Barnum, of Louisville, Kentucky behind the wheel…while another SUV…eastbound on County Road E, a driven by Jasmine Torbet, of Wauseon was heading in that direction. Barnum failed to yield the right of way, hitting Torbet. Barnum’s vehicle overturned. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Torbet has minor injuries, but a juvenile passenger is in serious condition at this hour.
