The Ohio State Highway Patrol responds to a two-vehicle crash in Paulding County that left one man with serious burns, near Grover Hill. Officials say…Lilianna Egia was eastbound on County Road 72…entering the intersection at state Route 637…while Thomas Snell was southbound in a semi on state Route 637. That’s when Snell hit Egia at the intersection. On impact…Snell’s big rig overturned and spilled the load of scrap steel it was carrying. The truck then bursts into flames. Snell suffered serious burns. He was flown to a hospital in Toledo…while Egia suffered minor injuries and was transported to a hospital in Defiance. The crash remains under investigation.
