Bond set for Montpelier man accused of sex-related offenses involving juvenile.

A $100,000 bond has been set for a Montpelier man who is accused of many sex-related offenses involving a juvenile.  20-year-old Levi D. Favourite made an unrepresented video appearance in Williams County Common Pleas Court. After determining that he was impoverished, Judge Rhonda Fisher assigned legal representation.  After that, the video arraignment was postponed until May 7th.  In addition to the bond, the judge mandated that Favourite refrain from unsupervised contact with any kids or direct or indirect communication with the claimed victims.  Favourite will be under GPS surveillance if he is able to post bond.
