Crash Still Under The Eye Of The Law — Alcohol Being Blamed

The Ohio Highway Patrol is still investigating a crash that injured two men in Fulton County Friday night.

Police say 28 year old Donald Kendall of Bryan was westbound on Fulton County Road N, near Ohio 66, when the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and flipped just before 10pm.

24 year old John Phillips was a passenger. He was thrown from the vehicle. Kendall was taken by air ambulance to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. Phillips was taken by a second air ambulance to Toledo Hospital.

The crash remains under investigation, however now officers say they believe that alcohol was a contributing factor.
