Continental Man Competent for Trial

A man from Con­ti­nen­tal indicted on scores off sex assault charges has been found com­pe­tent to stand trial in Henry County. A grand Jury indicted 60 year-old Mark Snuggs on 31 counts of sex­ual bat­tery, and 13 counts of rape. Those­hap­pened over a period from 1995 to 2012 and his vic­tims ranged in age from less than 13 to adult. A pre­trial hear­ing is now set for Sep­tem­ber 26. He is held at the Cor­rec­c­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio.
