There has been a resignation from the Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and it becomes effective at the end of the year. 10-year board member Dorothy McKinney cited family reasons for stepping down. The Bryan Times reports today that Superintendent Deb Guilford informed the board that she has a name to present to the probate judge for consideration to finish McKinney’s term. Guilford on Monday, also reported that seven Special Olympics athletes participated in the state bowling tournament in Columbus this past weekend. Rebecca Rebeck and Angie Dillion received gold medals, Scott Thomas and Kim Zuver got silver and Duane Moore brought home a bronze medal.
