AoP Clears Hurdle

Artesian of Pioneer gets permission. Their application to dig a drinking water test well, near Fayette gets approval from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. It’s for a single test well, on Fulton County Road S. State officials say they found the well site application complies with all applicable laws and requirements for a public drinking water well. The approval is conditional as long as the well is an appropriate distance away from potential or known contamination and buildings.
