Archbold Teens Face Charges for Sexting

A pair of Arch­bold High School stu­dents are in hot water for cir­cu­lat­ing nude pic­tures via text mes­sage with other stu­dents. The two 17-year-olds, whose names have not been released due to their age, are fac­ing felony charges. Three addi­tional juve­niles are look­ing at mis­de­meanor charges in the case, which stems from an Octo­ber 31 report to school offi­cials about the pho­tos. The case was turned over to local police before being handed off to the state’s Crimes Against Chil­dren Unit due to the amount of infor­ma­tion that had to be found.
